Paula was originally from the nearby village of Kettleburgh, she settled in Framlingham in 2010 with her husband, Rob, where they began their family and have called it home ever since. She attended Thomas Mills High School before continuing her studies at college where she gained a qualification in Childcare.

Before joining us, Paula worked for a recruitment company, where she gained a wide range of administrative skills and built a thorough understanding of office operations.

Outside of work, Paula is kept on her toes by her two young children. When she's not busy with school runs, family life and work, she cherishes quality time with her husband and children.
