Woodbridge Road Planning Application- Deadline extended

Planning application for 130+ houses & employment use on Woodbridge Road.We have received the following planning application:

DC/25/3412/FUL | Hybrid Planning Application (part full, part outline) for a mixed-use development, comprising the following: (i) detailed element: 128 homes including access, parking, public open space, flood risk attenuation works, and other associated infrastructure; and (ii) outline element (with all matters reserved except access) for development of land to provide employment uses within use classes E(g), B2, B8, a retail convenience store; safeguarded land for early years facility, and a phased development of 7no. self-build and/or custom build homes. | Land East Of Woodbridge Road Framlingham Suffolk

We will be discussing it at our next Council meeting at 7pm on Thursday 6th November, at the United Free Church. Residents are welcome to attend and give their views (maximum of 3 minutes per person) during an extended public section of that meeting. You are also welcome to give us your views on this application before the meeting - towncouncil@framlingham.com

We encourage residents to submit their comments directly to East Suffolk Council, as they are the local planning authority responsible for making the final decision on this application.

While the Town Council welcomes residents' views and feedback, please be aware that responses sent directly to East Suffolk Council carry the same weight as those submitted by the Town Council.
