Neighbourhood Plan Review- *Call for Sites*

Framlingham Town Council is currently reviewing its Neighbourhood Plan and is inviting landowners and agents to suggest sites for possible future use.

As part of this process, we are seeking land within the parish that could be suitable for a range of uses—not just housing or employment, but also things like community facilities, small business space, arts venues and more.

If you own land that could help meet Framlingham's future needs, now is the time to let us know. Full details, including guidance notes and submission forms, can be found on the Town Council website:

Submissions must be sent in writing to: framlinghamplan@gmail.com
Deadline: 5pm on 1st May 2025

Examples of possible uses include:
General or specialist housing
A new cemetery
Early years provision
Neighbourhood health services
A recycling centre
A campsite
Ecological or biodiversity projects
Arts or community spaces
Additional parking

Please note that submitting a site does not guarantee inclusion in the Neighbourhood Plan, but all ideas will be carefully considered as part of the Review.
